The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Edmark International, Sam Low Ban Chai says huge investment opportunity abound in Africa, particularly Ghana which needs to be properly harnessed.
“Africa will very soon see an economic boom. Edmark is using Ghana as a platform and gateway to the whole of Africa. We want to help create wealth among the people so that we can all share in this prosperity.”
Mr. Sam was speaking at a press conference in Accra on Friday to officially announce Edmark products as well as its first international convention themed, “One Edmark, One Africa.”
Edmark Group of Companies is operating in 25 countries, including Ghana and Nigeria.
It is committed to helping people to succeed in health and wealth, among others.
Some of the company’s natural products include Meal Replacement Therapy (MRT), Shake-Off, which detoxifies the body and Splina Liquid Chlorophyll.
They have formed a distribution network to ensure effective dissemination of information on the products.
Mr. Sam said the perception that Africans are lazy people cannot be true, insisting that “the people of Ghana have demonstrated that given the opportunity things can happen.”
“Edmark will create equal opportunity for everyone to explore. I am not here to impress anyone, but I am only showing Edmark’s appreciation for the support that our products are receiving. We would work hard to lead by example,” he added.
He also said Edmark would soon establish a city project to expand its operations in Africa, using Ghana as its base.
Hajj Awal, General Manager of Edmark Ghana said, “We are making headway on the Ghanaian market due to the positive attitude being exhibited by the staff and distributors.”
